Job Description Summary

You love telling stories visually. Marking up a floorplan is 2nd nature to you and can communicate your ideas verbally, visually, and in writing to a variety of stakeholders.
Job Description
You'll meet with the Creative Lead regularly providing updates on current projects and will be working on, but will not be limited to the following:
  • Design coordination for a variety of global workplace projects.
    • Collaborate with Workplace Design Managers, Project Managers and Program leads
    • Support in gathering research to develop an Experiential Design Brief or Concept that drives decisions for graphic content throughout the workplace.
    • Join weekly project calls to track the progress on feedback loops. Bring all experiential design specific inquiries to Experiential Studio meetings to develop and deliver consolidated guidance in a consistent and efficient way back to our design partners.
    • Setup project workflow tools such as Miro to track the status to of experiential design elements.
    • Experiential Studio local research support for upcoming workplace projects.
    • Guide external design partners to implement experiential design guidelines on all offices globally.
  • You'll support in maintaining and communicating our experiential design guidelines.
    • You will become an advocate for our brand and become a resource to the Workplace team on delivering projects consistent to our brand, values, and culture.
    • Distribute Experiential Design Brief and Guidelines to our design partners at the beginning of a project.
    • Organize, maintain and update Experiential Studio guidelines, standards, and program documents.
      • This would include:
        • Signage guidelines and templates
        • Brand Guidelines
        • EGD Project Briefs
        • Project Archiving
    • Support the studio in managing a library of internal programs content, visuals, and messaging.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders and foster relationships within the department and the creative community.
    • Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders through the Experiential Studio to develop process and strategy to support the ongoing efforts to make sure we have the most current content available to our design partners.
    • Setup and maintain regular Experiential Studio meeting cadences with internal stakeholders to confirm we are current on campaigns, brand guidelines and company culture initiatives.
    • Partner with local site leads globally to determine experiential design expectations and develop style guides per region to achieve a better understanding of our employees.
    • Maintain a global list of potential experiential design and fabrication partners to be reviewed and onboarded by the Experiential Studio.
What you'll bring to the team:
You are passionate about design and its ability to inform, connect and inspire.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art or relevant experience.
    • At least 3-5 years of industry experience in graphic design, branding, and environmental graphic design related projects.
  • Strong understanding of Environmental Graphics design and Developing wayfinding systems.
  • 2 years of project management experience related to signage and environmental graphic design.
  • Familiar with architectural construction documents
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple experiential design related projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and exhibit a passion for learning.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a large spectrum of business units./
  • 15-20% of domestic/international travel will be required.
  • Software Competency
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Rockstar
    • Power Point - Proficient
    • AutoCAD (or similar CAD program) - good to know but not required.
    • Knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus.
    • Microsoft Suite - proficient
We'd love to see a portfolio, website, or work samples that demonstrate Environmental Graphics Design that you've managed from concept to implementation.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $119,000.00 - $140,000.00
